Where can I claim the physical SIM card free of charge?
You can pick it up free of charge in two places:

Can I make the purchase before arriving in Colombia?
Yes, you can pre-purchase even if you are not currently in Colombia. If your phone is compatible, we offer the option of purchasing an E-SIM, which will be activated automatically when you tell us. In case your device does not support E-SIM, we recommend purchasing a physical SIM card 1-3 days in advance. This will allow you to have the SIM card ready at the address you provide us in Colombia, so you can enjoy seamless connectivity from the moment you arrive at your place of residence.
What devices does the SIM card or operator support in Colombia?
We accept all devices as long as they are factory unlocked and have the ability to insert a SIM card or install an E-SIM.
Can I recharge only the data plan if I already have a Colombian number?
Yes, you can recharge only the data plan as long as the number is active. It is important to remember that in Colombia, a number remains active if it is used regularly. If not used, it will be deactivated after the third month. Also, keep in mind that data packages can only be recharged if the operator is Claro..
What happens if I receive my SIM card, install it and I have no connection?
